It's free to try and I think about $60 to buy. I don't remember if the free to try is fully functional for X ammout of days or if it has restrictions on it. I've not messed with Windows Movie Maker much but I think it does about the same thing and it should be on your pc (i know it comes with XP, not sure about NT and older)
