In first sample it should be registered=yes - 2 not 3 as far as I got it.

please RECOMPRESS sound, it's way too low of a bit rate, or it's been compressed multiple times. just get the original audio channel and redo it please. These are VERY HELPFUL, and it's a same not to be able to understand it. Thanks and KEEP THEM COMING.

WOW, this is a great update. Categorization example presented as a case study is very helpful, because I am facing a similar situation for my website.

However, the audio quality/loudness is very bad, and makes it very difficult to hear and understand. I suggest that the transcript be provided so that we can benefit in more detail.

The feature is however quite awesome and will add power to google analytics
