I hope that I can one day perform half as beautifully as you, truly make magic something beyond tricks and fooling and into something more akin to mystery, wonder.and art.
I've noticed comments on the usage of seconds deals here and there. I'll be honest and say that yes, you can employ second deals if you want but........this effect is so wonderfully constructed that realisticaly, no seconds deals are really needed. Mr. Vincent's method showcased here uses no deals whatsoever. A true classic indeed!
@YRAMagicMan It's been a long time since I've used the effect. Yes I have used Larry Jennings original version and The other may have been Derek Dingles. Neither used a second deal. Michael Vincent's doesn't use one either.
He is I think the most superb magician I have ever seen. He is so smooth! He makes David Blaine and Criss Angel look like armatures and that's saying alot cause I think Criss and David are very good at what they do! Much respect Michael!
@Magic3307 I don't know what to do. I don't know whether to give you a thumbs up for your respect for Michael or the give you a thumbs down for your respect to Criss Angel. Decisions Decisions.
All of Michael’s magic has great presentation, excellent patter and superb sleight of hand. Magicians can learn a lot by watching Michael’s work. I sure have. Michael I wish you made more trips to the US. I would like to see you perform live.
did bruce cervon have anything to do with this handling ... somehow i think jennings' version was different from this... then again knowing u you might have me fooled here
This is a great trick. (Larry Jennings is a genius.)
I use it as a closer to my ACR routine where I'm left with their signed card after removing the 4 at the end. (I slowly remove cards from the deck to make the trick "easier" until I remove these 5 and do it with them.)
Great performance, I got several important pointers to improve performance just by watching your handling of the turnover. Thank you for the quality work you are sharing with us on youtube!
Really great! Thanks for sharing. I saw some similar versions from Derek Dingle (which he did on national TV) and from Martin Nash in his "Any second now" called "Limited ambitious".

I prefered Larry"s handling, especialy when the 3 spot goes between 4 & 5, this could be a bit confusing for spectator.
Beautiful performance though.

Beautiful example of engaging presentation, economy of motion, and ultra-smooth sleight of hand.

This is Derrick Dingles effect not Larry Jennings I believe. I could be wrong.

You are wrong. I don't mean to sound rude or anything but it is Larry's.

Checked with Billy, you are correct. Both effects are very very similar.
