This surgical case was performed here in Brazil by Dr. Dov Goldemberg. Pt was a girl attacked by pit-bull dog, loosening head tissue. Grafts were attempted without success due vascular lesion. Piezo was used to scrap external cortical plate and leave bone healing by second intention, protecting hard tissue with new soft layer.
