@shamlan911 sorry for the late reply.. just saw your comment. There will be a lot of factors at play. What's your gear ratio? And is your car supercharged? I usually like to shift (wide open throttle) about a click before it redlines. As far as your tires spinning at 2nd gear maybe you just have more power than you have traction. lol. As far as shifting fast, there's a lot of videos here in youtube that will pretty much give you a thorough tutorial...better to watch than to read =) good luck
im looking at getting nitto nt555's for my pony, its a 94 gt 5.0 with cam, chip, exhaust, pulleys etc..... do those tires connect pretty good? it sounded like you werent spinning at all!

I drove trucks all my life until my mustang. It's great fun for the money...and that's why they are so popular. Are you one of those people that will stop breathing if air gets too popular? @Propertyofchaz i chose the vent gauges bcuz it's a little more discreet and not as common. So many cars (unless they knew their mustangs well) have been fooled, bcuz not only is the saleen supercharger quiet on idle, i also have the v6 badgings all around =)
@Propertyofchaz Never had the pillar. Idk if you've seen my earlier videos, but it used to be on the dash. After the gauge housing warped from the sun, i decided to do it via roush vent gauges. I made an attempt to do it myself... but i snipped the wrong wire on the process so i had to have the professionals do it. =P
@DIENAMICProductions the roush vent gauge was designed so the air still flows thru. I no longer live in AZ, now here in Nebraska.. total opposite (weather wise)
As far as the cobra, i used to have cobra badges everywhere i guess cuz i admit my car was a poser/imposter. Now it has v6 badges all around.
@supertommy33 im in bellevue. As far as mustangs in the snow.. keep it in the garage! LOL. i bought another car for the winter, but sometimes the stang just wants to come out and play. So i deflated my rear tires just a little and stuck two 70 lb sand bags in the trunk, it definitely helps as far as gripping the road.

@RS8715 not at all, air flows right thru the gap between the actual gauge and the bezel... i guess the only thing you'd lose is the ability to direct where the AC/heater blows... which isn't a big deal for me.

@allergictoyurmomm reason number 1.. my old dash pod melted under the sun and it was never a perfect fit. Two, i sort of wanted to hide the gauges...kinda makin it a semi-sleeper. im getting rid of all the cobra emblems and swapping it with the v6 ones.
