jimbonumber9 - if you haven't figured this out yet (as i see this is an older video), here is a video editing tip:

In your video editing program you should be able to select what color of red you want, I'd assume. But when you use red text, you cannot use 255 Red on the RGB scale. You can only go up to 233, otherwise it pixelates and looks crappy. It's just a flaw in FLV format, which YT uses. Also be sure to use drop shadows on all text layers when over pictures for ease of reading. Peace.

@YourBrainOnReligion In a physical dimension, not everything is perfect yet. Everything is in a learning process. Perhaps, you should see the present dimension. Are color pictures better than black and white pictures? Is 720p better than 360p? Peace be unto you, too.
