Not c.p. She has spina bifida at a pretty high level on her back. She is completely unable to walk, but she has learned to get around pretty good in her wheelchair.

oh my gosh she's adorable, being in the hospital a lot i got to watch a toddler learn to use his chair and it was pretty amazing to see

That is good that she only needs a manual wheelchair , most others can only do a power wheelchair.
