It all depends on where you look at it. Sometimes it's spelled Toushirou (in order to make sure people are pronouncing it correctly), sometimes it's Toshiro. In the Japanese version of spelling (If you were not to use the Japanese characters), it's Toshiro, but the two 'o's have a little line over them.
