i believe he's just scared to express his feelings to the girl because he's scared that she might not love him back cause the vibe is wrong. that's why he's going to keep his feelings to himself, keep his love locked down. he's gonna talk less to her, so he can lose his feelings for her... "see i want to move but cant escape from you so i keep it low keep a secret code so everybody else dont have to know". Apart from being scared, he must have a fear for commitment, just my opinion.

I took the meaning of the song as: A guy who wants to stay single and doesn't want something too serious, and he's feeling either she or he are getting too close to each other, hence "the vibe was wrong" as kanye said the reason why he wants to move. But at the same time, he feels an absence if he tries to leave her. So he deals with it as keeping their "thing" on the 'downlow'. He is not ready for commitment, he wants to stay a player...basically, yet a part of him sorta cares for this woman

I notice that there's a certain guy that seems to be chased in most scenes like 0:53 and he pops up again at 1:47 watching the women. And at 3:06 he seems to be standing up to a crowd of people. Maybe that guy is a representation of love, and the other guys try to lock him down. Maybe, that's just my point of view.
