Too fast. It has to simmer, not sizzle and pop out of the pan. The trombonist's swing is compacted (almost dotted-eighth/sixteenth patterns). Soloists in general should be more liberal in their use of space. The band's balance is very good at a softer dynamic. Try to keep that in the louder dynamics. Lay it back and let the groove be warm.
