is this every tuesday. i mean i've only been to frisco once and i don't know if i was ever at the intersection, but i was there for a week. are they for earthquakes, or other types of weather. i guess it floods near the bay right?
I've lived on the peninsula all my life and I didn't even know San Francisco had sirens, let alone hear them. Apparently these new ones replaced some old WWII vintage units.

wrong, its for World War 3. An earthquake will come and go faster then anyone would have time to set off those sirens.. and if you did there would be no point, it would be after the fact.
There are no floods, tsunamis, tornados or hurricans in the bay area.
World War III, this is a civil defense siren, installed in 2005. It is exactly for what it replaced. War

It is for World War III.
The only time these will be used will be when the Nukes start flying..
No earthquakes can be detected, no tornados are in the Bay Area, no Tsunami's..
Its for WWIII..should be in about 4 years. I'd start getting ready
