On the whole the principles of the warmup and intergrating the stretching into the skill work is great. However far to many forward passes are thrown throughout the grids because of the players just going through the motions. The instruction needs to be showing the correct skills. Otherwise it is a great video
Thanks for the comment on the video. What portion/exercise are you referring to? I looked through the video again and the only thing I can think of would be the hip and lower back rotational stretching the players perform while laying on the ground. Let me know specifics and I can address along with the Head Strength Coach.
The lower back isn't designed to move that much so why try to improve flexibility. If the lumbar spine moves too much it often leads to injury in that area.
