An overwhelming majority of scientists are atheists and even most of those who do profess belief in god are very moderate and do not believe in a personal god that looks after us, watches us and judges us. They are in fact, deists, i.e, people who believe that there is a god, but he plays no part in the functioning of the world.

If the man and the woman did it under the blanket, then their testimonies will not count. Also bear in mind that in Islam spying is forbidden. Thus, stoning someone to death is almost IMPOSSIBLE.

It is true that a man inherits more than the woman, but you must alose bear in mind that the man is financially responsible for many more individuals than the woman. It is a religious obligation on the man to provide for his wife and children, as well for all his female relatives (i.e. mother, sisters, cousins, etc.) who dont have enough money to live. On the other hand, it is not an obligation on the woman to spend on her husband, children, etc. even if she earns more than her husband.
Not all women get married. Consider that for a bit. Not only do you limit their education, you limit their finantial resources and then wonder why so many women suffer in poverty or have to resort to other ways to make money. Those who are married remain in an unhappy possibly even abusive relationship because they have no other choice.
Well if a woman does not marry, then the male relative(s) of her family must provide for her.

Unfortunately, the Islamic state/Khilafah is not established at this moment in time and instead secular regimes backed by Western govts are in place in the Muslim world and they dont care at all about their people. So you will find plenty of men in the streets of Cairo, Islamabad and Jakarta who cannot support themselves let alone their families.

The testimony of the women is worth half the testimony of the man in some cases. In some other cases, only the testimony of the women are considered (e.g. a murder commited in the ladies room). When you look at a hadith, you shouldnt interpret right out literally without looking at the other hadiths, ayaah of the Quran.

Well, it is the case also for any secular lwa books. If you want to interpret a law book, then you need to go to university and study law. Same thing for Islam. You cant just take a Quran out of the shelves and start to derive rulings. You need to know the arabic language, the rules of grammar in arabic, the causes of revelation of the different verses, the hadiths that are connected to the verses, the rules of Usool-ul-Fiqh, etc..

Even if the theistic scientists believe that there is a soul, it means nothing. Unless they can step forward and provide evidence for it, their belief is unsubstantiated. Furthermore, the fact that science usually corrects itself and changes viewpoints proves that it is more reliable and trustworthy, not less. When I said science, I meant natural science and when I talked about scientific thinking, I meat the experimental method also known as empiricism (1 hypothesis, 2 design experiment, 3 test hypothesis and get results, 4 conclusions). The process of learning how things work and using that information is not necessarily science. Architecture and mathematics are not considered sciences in the way that I described (which is the way used by academics).

The miracle can only be sensed by those who speak fluently classical arabic and specialise in eloquence in the arabic language. The miracle cannot be sensed by reading its english translation.

Actually, the man is also stoned for adultery. The requirement for stoning both the man and the woman is that there are four eye witnesses who have seen from their own eyes the actual penetration. If the man and the woman did it under the blanket, then their testimonies will not count. Also bear in mind that in Islam spying is forbidden. Thus, stoning someone to death is almost IMPOSSIBLE.

A woman is equal in her humanity to the man, but her rights and responsabilities differ in some areas. Likewise, an employer is not superior in his humanity to an employee even though the employer enjoys different rights and responsaibilites to the employee.

Not more rights, different rights. A man is obliged to earn a living even though he may not want, a woman doesnt have to. A man must go and fight when the Islamic state is attacked, a woman not. A man must alway perform the 5 prayers, a woman doesnt perform them when she has menstruations (she can still perform other form of prayers). A man must be extremly obedient to his mother and not even say a word of discontent. A man cannot wear gold and silk, a woman can. etc.

With regard to eye contact, a woman should not make unnecessary eye contact with men. If there is a need for a woman to make eye contact in her work, then she can like for example doctors or nurses. But young student girls should not make eye contact with their male counterparts at university.

It is true that a man inherits more than the woman, but you must alose bear in mind that the man is financially responsible for many more individuals than the woman. It is a religious obligation on the man to provide for his wife and children, as well for all his female relatives (i.e. mother, sisters, cousins, etc.) who dont have enough money to live. On the other hand, it is not an obligation on the woman to spend on her husband, children, etc. even if she earns more than her husband.

Not all women get married. Consider that for a bit. Not only do you limit their education, you limit their finantial resources and then wonder why so many women suffer in poverty or have to resort to other ways to make money. Those who are married remain in an unhappy possibly even abusive relationship because they have no other choice.

Well if a woman does not marry, then the male relative(s) of her family must provide for her.
Also, forced marriages are not allowed in Islam

Well if a man cannot financially support the whole of his family, then the responsability falls on the state. Unfortunately, the Islamic state/Khilafah is not established at this moment in time and instead secular regimes backed by Western govts are in place in the Muslim world and they dont care at all about their people. So you will find plenty of men in the streets of Cairo, Islamabad and Jakarta who cannot support themselves let alone their families.

You say "to accomodate men" but who is physically stronger and able to rape: the man or the woman? Look in the US, a sexual assault takes place every 2 minutes and one woman out of 6 has been subject in her lifetime to a sexual assault (check rainn(dot)org for more info for the stats).

Nothing you say is new to me. If you want to prevent sexual assault maybe you should focus on the assaulters not the victims. Islam is always about blaming the victims. If you get cancer, god is punishing you. If you are raped, its because you put on eyeliner. Ever wonder how much sexual assault takes place in the east? Try and find those statistics....oh wait...they dont exist because all the rapes are never accounted for.

Actually, the rapist in Islam is sentenced to death and contrary to the lies that were spread in the West, you dont need 4 witnesses to sentence a rapist, the testimony of the woman coupled to an investigation is enough.

The testimony of the women is worth half the testimony of the man in some cases. In some other cases, only the testimony of the women are considered (e.g. a murder commited in the ladies room). When you look at a hadith, you shouldnt interpret right out literally without looking at the other hadiths, ayaah of the Quran.

Well, it is the case also for any secular lwa books. If you want to interpret a law book, then you need to go to university and study law. Same thing for Islam. You cant just take a Quran out of the shelves and start to derive rulings. You need to know the arabic language, the rules of grammar in arabic, the causes of revelation of the different verses, the hadiths that are connected to the verses, the rules of Usool-ul-Fiqh, etc..
