@Zergorf in a way I agree. but you have to remember that the more mainstream the music sounds, the easier it is for people to like it initially. when it came out, year of the spider was my favourite album. before that I was listening to Cold, the first album, but it was hard for me to appreciate it as much. now that im older though I can tell their first album has to be their best, even if its not really popular. thats not what I care about though, the message conveyed in cold is epic.

Um i think Cold originally started in 1987 but i'm not sure, i think they were called "Grundig" at the time or something.This song was of thier album "Cold" on 1998 and i suppose he had hair then.He looks really good with hair tho :)

I think more like he tries to mock the look of a fake person like Scott Stapp and at the same time make more realistic lyrics and music about pain and pressures in todays real world. Not a fake made up one like GREED.

I really love Cold and I'm happy that they're reuniting with the original lineup, even if it's just for one more record. That's at least according to what I last read. They are indeed seriously under-rated. Their music has changed my life, and I wish more people would give them the respect that they deserve. I used to be on the Flip Records street team back in 98' during my senior year in high school.

I remember when Flip Records sent me a box of samplers for Cold four months before their debut album premiered.

I thought they sounded like an angrier version of Bush; I liked'em -- and through repeated listening I LOVED them.

Then came 13 Ways to Bleed On Stage, and it BLEW ASS. Year of the Spider was even worse.

This is a band I'm hugely disappointed with.
