Thanks for the reply. I just finished mixing my first batch as you suggested to save money. The black sculpey 3 must have been old because once done with it my arms looked like your super hero LOL. Oh not sure where you are but I signed up with micheals arts crafts and this time of year they send lots of 50% off coupons hope this saves you some cash.

Just watched video of you completing the armature with the foil, I will complete all videos before asking anymore questions lol.

OK, I've subscribed because your talent and videos are amazing. I see that you receive many questions so please add this to the pile. Your armature compared to some others that i've seen that are partially filled with aluminum foil. Are there any pros or cons to one way or another, other than using less clay with a filled armature?

Sculpey will not bake properly if its too thick. That's why you see a lot of people use aluminum foil to give it more bulk. I do not like to use this bulking method. I just absolutely hate it when I hit aluminum as I sculpt. SO that is why some parts of the this model especially the limbs I have left the foil out.
