Personally, I don't like the way Clarkson does anything. He spouts out so many weird metaphors and British analogies when describing a car that he hardly ever gets technical. He misses the mark when it comes to the spirit of motoring. He doesn't know cars the way Tiff does. Tiff and Jeremy honestly speak completely different languages. Clarkson to the casual observer. But all true gear heads understand Tiff. His test of the McLaren F1 in 1996 still remains the greatest review of any car....ever

I understand they are being factual and test their cars to the limit, but how many people out there are actually skilled enough and have the balls to drive their cars in this manner. Get a few laughs in, see some great effects, and learn about new cars in a more entertaining way. If I only want facts, I'll just read the specs.

@Mishomtp I agree... I used to not think much of Ferrari OR Lambo for a while... I was such a biased person, was engrossed to the Nissan R34 GT-R.. wouldnt budge from it. But, I slowly got attracted to Lambo as my first exotic auto brand. Then, to the true king, Ferrari. No matter how many exotics I see; Pagani, McLaren, Aston Martin, Bugatti, Koenigsegg, Maserati, etc. I can't ever get over the true perfection created by Ferrari. They simple are, and always will be, the best.
exhausts are tall because it is almost straight pipes, so engie can breath easier. Don't quote me on that though but being ferrari thave they their reasons. =)

ummmm its not hard for a v8 to get 500 buddy... Corvette z06 has 505hp...ZR1 has 638hp (supercharged) theres a ton of crate engines that are v8's you can buy that have well over 500hp

that's all true but they do it with a much larger displacement. this ferrari has a 4.3 liter v8 that puts out over 500 hp. That's more than 100hp/liter. The vette for example has a 7 liter engine that puts out about the same hp.

yeah but they tend to be higher displacement than the f430's. the ferrari does it naturally aspirated, the way it should be. take a little while to study cam shaft mechanics, take a look at a ferrari's stock dyno curve, then try use the insane sound of it to try to imagine what it feels like....then you'll understand. trust me, i do it 3 times a day.
I always question the lap times on these shows... A lot of face is at stake, so it's likely they're doctored numbers. Why not release the unedited footage of both laps?
I went to the Ferrari dealership today and I saw a F430 Scuderia in black with gray stripe and one in red like this. And my GOD WHAT A CAR! I want one so bad.
if you can afford this car then you would should have the means to buy another more comfortable car for your daily driver. you would be a fool to have this as your daily driver, although it would be fun.
Of course the Scuderia cant beat the Enzo in a straight line. Enzo tops out at 220mph where the Scuderia tops out at 199mph. On the top-end, the Enzo would pass the Scuderia like it was standing still.
The Scuderia is lighter than the Enzo, and in any case the Fiorano circuit is primarily a handling circuit, so the Enzo's power doesn't count the same as it would on the open road.
This is better then an Enzo. This is the best car Ferrari has built in a long time, since the F40. Amazing. Tiff = insane crazy good driver. Bow down bitches.
Funny how the red car he drives on the road has race harnesses and the silver track car only has normal seat belts! Think I'd want a race harness holding me in if I stacked one of these on a track.

I always question the lap times on these shows... A lot of face is at stake, so it's likely they're doctored numbers. Why not release the unedited footage of both laps?

this means,the Scuderia is faster in turns than Enzo because there is no way the Scuderia beats the Enzo in strait line.

Of course the Scuderia cant beat the Enzo in a straight line. Enzo tops out at 220mph where the Scuderia tops out at 199mph. On the top-end, the Enzo would pass the Scuderia like it was standing still.

The Scuderia is lighter than the Enzo, and in any case the Fiorano circuit is primarily a handling circuit, so the Enzo's power doesn't count the same as it would on the open road.

There's something not quite right here.. I've only found one clip of Tiff driving the Enzo on this track, here on Youtube. And in that clip he maneges the track in 1.34. When did he drive the Enzo at around 1,29?
Amazing car, and a truly amazing presenter and driver. Tiff is one incredible driver, that's for sure:-)
