A tip that helped me when i elarned them is when youre about to do the 180, swing your but to the opposite side that you spin and pull the bars to your chest
@zucinnied go up a bank or ledge or something to make you go backwards then when your going back just relax your body and just stay comfortable thats really the only thing to do during it other then peddale back words

Hey Adam i cannot hold manuals for maybe more than 7 feet and its prolly impossible to make a manual tutorial cause all it is is balance but could u make a video with some tips on holding manuals for a long time? id really appreciate it.
@BareaBMX707 yoo if your short like me its harder to manny but if your tall you have a bigger "balance spot" where you just hold it somehow lol. but if ur taller it could just be a minor thing
@BareaBMX707 quick manual tips: make sure your bars are angled perfect. find the "sweet spot" where you feel the most range of balance. the rest is all in bending your knees and shooting your hips back and forth to keep your weight balanced. also keep your hips/weight low. but not too low that you cant control your weight distribution quickly. hope this helps

@BareaBMX707 just keep doing them over and over. You gotta teach yourself and learn from what you're doing, but my personal tips would be, squat your weight over the back end, use your arms to get the front end up then from that point its mostly leg work! straightening your legs a lil will lift the front end, bending them a lil will drop the front end. you CAN use your arms to balance but that will come with practice!
when you get it dialled you wont even have to think about what you're doing ;)

As with 95% of other BMX tricks, this one is easier when you go just a bit faster than you feel comfortable, it will really help you to POP that 180 out
@BareaBMX707 just find your balance point and keep ur but down, also put yourself under presser like play bike and set distance to do it. this helped me
@BareaBMX707 Hey when you are learning , try flippin backwards a lot.... i mean alot . then try to find the spot right before your about to flip over beacause you will know where it is since u flipped backwards. That helped me alot, i can wheelie and manual almost about anything so i always fip over once or twice to know where my balance point is.
