How do you get this amazing rhythm without cycling through practice swings, which you obviously won't do during a match. Will the timing be different, since the racquet will be pulled from a complete stop and then into motion? How do you recommend to get the swing going smoothly, aka "keep everything moving and in sync".
Oh, and are you working on a new spin serve video? I hope so, because the MPH video was awesome, but I'd like to apply some of these techniques to my second serve.
Hi Pat, how would you adjust this exercise, eg. hitting the fence if you wanted to do the same rhythm at 50% speed, but impart a bit of top spin to the ball. How would the racquet then strike the fence?
