  • what a player!

  • WORDS ARE UNNECESSARY !!!!! THIS SONG AND VIDEO ARE JUST AMAZING AND TRUE

  • This is a great cover of the Kenny Burrell standard.

Check out Riviera Paradise by SRV. Another great jazzy ballad.

  • @cgabler91191 good call. Riviera Paradise is one of my favorite songs of all time and not just SRV songs.

  • ONE BIEBER FAN DONT LIKE THIS! D:<

    This song rocks! :3

  • WONDERFUL Love the Video & Everything About STEVIE RAY VAUGHAN !!!! ♥♥♥

  • I drive through night city to this song. And I would definitely make love to this song too.

  • 2:11 is it stevie voice ?

  • Bluesheart is the most stylish and greatest, the best, the winner.

  • Good (of course:))

  • why do guys always ask for TAB to fast licks?! He's not thinking any differently fast than slow. Work your way through it. If you can't hear it - you've got no business playing it!

  • @diverdance Most people aren't gifted enough just to start playing by ear. And those who can play by ear it takes years of practice to get there. You can't tell me that you never looked up a tab or chords. Hell, beginners need somewhere to get started and looking at a couple of tabs isn't a sin, not all of us are setting out to be the next SRV. . Instead of bitching about tabs why hasn't someone said RIP SRV the 20th anniversay of his death was the other day.

  • @rawu10000 He's not talking about playing by ear. You have to learn it slow and then speed it up as you learn to play it. Very few can start off fast only then after complete mastery of the instrument.

  • buueeeeniiiiisimo !

  • Is he using octaves at the start does anyone know??

  • Saw reference to SRV at a BURRELL posting. This SRV cut is a Hellava post! I heard this as a teen in '64 by Kenny Burrell. Never thought or considered that there was any other version(that might be worth a squat to listen to).I have heard of the name SRV, but could not tell what I might have heard by him. Well, I have now heard somethng by him and SRV's version was as enjoyable to listen to as K.B. I will expand my listening to SRV. Thank you for the musical exposure and education.

  • Gorgeous! Love this unique sound from Stevie. This and Stang's Swang are two of my faves. Lovely! Thanks for posting rawu10000.

  • Does anybody have video or audio of him playing this *live*? Would love it!

  • Beautiful!!!!!

  • crazy nice ! です.

  • The part from 1.18 is orgasmic

  • SRV.....

    rock in heaven dude.

  • Is it just me, or is someone yelling in the background at 2:10?

  • I've always heard that too. You can tell its definitely Stevie... sounds like he's just singing like he's really getting into. Love it!

  • lol i can hear something to

  • @dindin500 Yea, it's either Chris or Stevie. Try listening to this through headphones, but try to find a cleaner version, like if you have the album.

  • I Love this song, I Love SRV! I got one of his signature series guitars. The slideshow is very nice.

    Rip Stevie Ray Vaughan

  • oh noooooooo

  • very nice song to solo over

  • The best guitarist ever !

  • really jazz

  • Can someone send me a tab of 1:25 ? That is the most beautiful lick ever.

  • i think there is an ok tab of this on ultimate-guitar

  • @trumpetgod2010 Watch the live version of 'Tin Pan Alley' with Johnny Copeland at Montreaux in '85. He pulls the lick within the first 2 minutes. Its not identical, but super close, and they give you a nice close up of his hands...

  • stevie ray vaughan is my favorite musician and this is the first time ive ever heard this ! fantastic.

  • I listened to this at least 5 times a day for quite a period when I was a student. Twenty years later I still think this one of the best songs I ever heard.

  • did somebody say smooth...

  • That chord shift at 2:04 and following is out of this world.

  • Make sure you guys check out the original by Kenny Burell, too :o. This is a great rendition.

  • Stevie Ray Vaughan was born the same year the Stratocaster hit the scene.

The 2 were meant to be.

    Miss you Stevie!

    RIP.

  • what else can you say. excellen t!!!!!

  • great song stevie is so awsome, great tone

  • i love this.

  • a kenny burrel song by the way , love SRV!!!

  • the great thing about this is Tommy "slut" Shannon's bass line and Chris "whipper" Layton on the drums, hats off to Double Trouble on this one. Stevie is just...Stevie, nothing more anyone can say.

  • I think it's one of the most underated instruemntal guitar performances about. Great Jazz Blues crossover.

  • if you think srv was the greatest guitar player ever, and prayed that he made peace with God and beacame a Christian before he died, click the thumbs up!!!!

  • gracias stevie

  • i never find a live of this song...and it's a great great song!!

  • I am from romania, my name is Roland and i am his biggest fan .....he is simply the best!!!!!!

  • these one doesn't get enough attention its one of my top 3-4 srv tunes
