@TiggerGirl413 The original title is "Inner Life of the Cell". I forgot the composer's name, but I remember searching for him and this was the only song of his that I found. It was a song composed especially for that biomedical animation video.

They're pretty much all from EastWest Quantum Leap Symphonic Orchestra.. that's a VST dedicated to orchestral sounds. There are some "dance orchestra" sounds in Nexus which are actually decent orchestral sounds too =]

Nice orchestral sounds... I like it... I haven't heard the original before, but I like the way this sounds. I like how the drums come in around 1:25. The cymbal crashes clip a little bit though.

Haha I agree with spriteanimashun! This totally sound like one of the songs that would be played if something dramatic was happening...you know it'd keep switching scenes and it would be like a tense "trying to get there before the other" type of feel to it! I LOVE IT!

LoL That's interesting since the original song's so not anime XD;; But now that you've mentioned it, it does remind me of those heavy percussion songs in Naruto =P
