Broken Wrist Reset

i broke my wrist yesterday because someone cut me off when i'm like going 25 on my bike. there wasn't even a turn it was just a straight path. he looked like he was going to u turn, but he didn't look back. i hit the front brake. that's the brake i normally use. i would have crashed anyway. it doesn't matter if it's front or rear. i didn't bump into him but i did the classic over the handlebars crash. broke my wrist and popped my shoulder up. what's worse is that o have prom coming up.

I also broke my wrist didn't hurt at all but when I went to the doctor all they gave me was this shot in my wrist that was bullshit. It didn't do anything. When he reset my wrist it was the worst pain I have ever felt

Broke mine 08/07/11 I'm 12 yes old and I had a bike accident riding a mountain bike instead of a BMX flew over the handle bars then it wouldnt move but I got put to sleep during my operation XD it's all healed now but I hope nothing happens to you or me in the future!

I broke mine in 06 my wrist was 3 inches higher than it's original spot while the doctor reset it he broke it in another place thus breaking it in 5 spots it took him 3 tries to reset it

@ottomobille yeah hahah it sucked, i went to a doctor the day it broke and they said they couldn't touch it. so i had to make an appointment with a hand/wrist specialist. i probably got actual attention to my wrist about a week and a half after i broke it. because i needed to wait for a specialist to do surgery. it was ridiculous

@ItsJulieee bro it happened to me like 3 years ago but with both wrists arms and groth plates! both arms!!! And they didnt give me anything and it hurt so bad so if i were you make sure they give you morphine ok because if you dont it will hurt they stuck a 3in needle down in both arms to numb it a tiny bit but i could still feel everything so good luck.

@iluvyou123100 maybe they gave me more drugs but thats all i remember them saying. i remember my doctor putting his leg over my bicep and pulling up. the last ting i remember is getting in the car to go home. but i snapped both bones and it made a 45 degree angle. this was in 05 tho so if thats a new drug your talking about then that could be why.

I broke both of my wrists in under a year.First one was the worst though,it wasnt too badly broken but I broke it in the first half of a soccer match and I had to play the second half cause we didnt have any subs!!It was kinda funny wen I tink bout it!!

Usually if u aren't a teen they give u a small dose of anesthesia. If u are a teen they can deaden ur nerve to ur whole arm and it won't hurt a bit. Kids are shit out of luck.

I dont remember much either, bbut part of it was hell :(. What I remember is, the whole room was spinning left, and right. Then the doctor looked pretty evil.. I remember a little pain, and my parents said that (i dont remember this) I said "Blooop! BLOOOP!". Another part was when it was wearing off.. I sounded like a robot, it was crazy. And also, it took like 1 and a half hours to finally get me to open my eyes (it was still dizzy from the sedation) and then 1 hour after, i threw up.
