  • "OK, this show is running a little short, so we're going to show you how to do a crappy trick twice in a row."

  • I wonder if Game Pro has done anymore shows similar to this?

  • I waking up one Saturday morning and watching this show. They gave a good review to WWF Super Wrestlemania and I wanted it so bad. My grandparents happened to be in town and later that day, through whining and crying, I got the game.

Lets just say I was doing even more whining and crying after I played it!

  • Now this takes me back, I remember I rarely watched it, since it was on ridiculously early on Saturdays.

  • Did he just call that little kid babe?

  • Funny how its called game PRO, but in the video game demos the person playing isn't very good.

For example, see how many enemies the player hits in megaman. Oh yeah, real PRO.

  • @aimbotjesus well just cut some slack its a very hard game you cant win a level without being hit.

  • BEST SHOW EVER!! DUDETTES AND DUDES!!

  • i love the 90s

  • before the Internets it was either this or game magazines that we relied on to get our codes and cheats.

  • And for those of us too cheap to buy the magazines, a pen and an old receipt did the trick... I remember my dad and I copying many a game tip from these magazines.

  • this is radical dude

  • lol the tracking at 730 ftw

  • wow its over 10 minutes long ? i thought 10minutes was the limit

  • He probably posted this before Youtube made that rule.

  • did he just call the little girl "Babe" XD ROFL

  • lol i gues that girl would be a babe now lol

i was like 11-12 when this came out.

    now im 31

  • lol. How the times changes:)

  • JD Roth: Child suicide advocate

  • Wow that's a trip down memory lane. In this entire shows history did they ever give any game a 1 rating? Seemed like even the shittiest games they would rate always ended up getting at least a 3.

  • Pssh, it's just not the same without the other guy, the one with the wild hair. What happened to him? From what I remember as a 3rd grader, JD Roth was kind of the "laid-back" guy, while Wild-Haired Guy was kind of the "WHOOOAAA XXX-TREEM TUBULAR DUDE" type.

  • welcome to cracker pro

    lol

  • I remember this show as a kid. But any real Mega Man gamer worth his salt wouldn't need either adapter. I finished the game as a kid without these adapters, then after I saw this episode I was pissed off that they existed. It would have made things easier. Oh well.

  • YOu need the Baloon to pass the first part of Coassack's castle

    You lie

  • Ohhhhh. DON'T touch the spikes. I had no clue.

  • For some reason I kind of miss the 90's, but then again I kinda don't.

  • The fuck is he wearing?!

  • I always hated the surfer slangs.

  • They repeated the tips so you don't have to backtrack/rewind. It's also possible they assumed no one would record these episodes, and then watch em later.

  • Goddamn! Why is he so condescending?

  • This was a real show wasn't it? And they thought you were so stupid you needed to see every tip twice.

  • I need too see it 4 times, 1# GamePro is like a dream come true 2# just wanna be with GamePro 3# GamePro its plain to see that your the only one for me and 4# repeat steps 1 through 3 with GamePro

  • It actually was a real TV show, believe it or not. In fact I actually remember watching this exact episode when it originally aired. :P

Very typical early 90's grunge style can be seen in this show.

  • Dude, that was so rad, trippy 90's dude. All those trippy 8 and 16-bit colors man !

  • i died a little inside watching this thank you for that SiliconeraNickFricke

  • ...When exactly were you born?

  • No,idiot. Warner Bros.(the company who made looney tunes)also made tiny tunes.

  • he talks like as if he where a little teenager boy.

  • jd roth is so rich

  • "I'm so confused outta my mind!"

  • OMG Sangiaya is the guy who found the salad dressing

  • Oh 1990's how I miss thee.

  • Hey, what happened to JD's sidekick Spiccoli "Theodore" Logan?

  • this host this he is cool,ha ha

  • wow that moderator is totally KEWL!! rofl

  • I miss those games, if I were Bill gates rich I would open a company specifically to make Retro style games.

  • amazing how we have evolved from this (kind of like how Comic shows and movies evolved from "Super Friends" and Shaq as "Steel"

  • Fuck Kristin Holt, JD Roth is the Original Cheater! lol

  • JD Man LMAO.

  • anyone else disturbed that jd roth calls a 6 year old girl "babe?"

  • completely disturbed...

  • Gamers are grown up.

  • I remember this show. That's JD Roth. he now hosts the kids show Endurance

  • Now I comprehend the genesis succes level on EEUU...

Society had nintendo like the reference, even the TV and comunications... So pity... 75% of reviews and tricks are from NES or SNES...

  • I find it Ironic because there are many games on here that are on the Virtual Console. Get them all, including Super Castlevania IV, the best SNES Game.

  • This is like the freaking Teletubbies. Why do they show everything twice. lol

  • Why do they repeat the phone number during infomercials so much? There wasn't gamefaqs back then, kids (like me) used to watch this to get codes and stuff, if you missed part of it they went back so you could jot it down.

  • Nice Satan moment during Mega Man 4 segment

  • Does he ever change clothes?

  • i wouldve been 3-4 when this was on:O

  • Tiny Toon Aventures is the s@#$, man.

  • God... I used to watch this show religiously for the codes!

  • Asshole cheater!

  • As a kid, cheats were a goldmine in the 8 and 16 bit generation.

  • man, this brings back memories. Weren't there several shows like this?

  • Isn't that David Caruso from CSI?

  • Nope, that's J.D. Roth from reality shows "Endurance" and Fox's very short-lived "Unan1mous". Caruso probably could pass for his brother though. :)

  • Is it just me, or does the guy that says "Secret Weapons and Tactics" sound so much like Zordon from Power Rangers?!

  • Hahaha Californ I A lol

  • send it in. lol. now everyone just emails. there is no point for magazines or shows anymore though. the internet has the latest news unlike the video game generation of yesteryears

  • hahahha thats a blast from the past now wheres some starcade!!

  • ok he wears he same Clothing in every episiode

  • I agree. I miss Brennan Howard. I wonder how he is now?

  • Sucked much.

  • Christ, why do they have to show everything twice? Did they think we couldn't get it the first time? I guess people were stupid back then. Either that or they were just eating up time.

  • As if you could remember the last code if it showed up once.

  • "OH NO!"

    5 stars.

  • That totally brings back alot of awesome memories! I didn't even remember that show until just now, thanks for recording these and putting them up here dude!! ^^

  • Lmfao. I love how freaking cheesy everything was back in the day.

  • Haha, those lines from Maddie sounds so forced.

  • J.D. didn't seem like he would fit in as the host for this show, he was probably at his best on "Fun House"

  • Damn, what a fucking shame. I thought he was way better then JD

  • He didn't return. Not after JD went solo. But, he did show up on Gamepro in 1993, when they were doing 45 minute VHS tapes of the show, but it was all tips and tricks. B-man appears in a promotional spot for Gamepro during the tape, and is playing a game that he was losing before, then gets sucked into the game, and yells "help", and a gamepro magazine "shield" appears, and he defeats the game, and yells "you gotta get a Gamepro". That's the last time you ever see the B-Meister.

  • Can someone tell me what happened to the other guy who was in the 1st 2 episodes and does he return?

  • hahaha. I know this has only been up for a few days, but when can we expect the next episode?

  • The incredibly white J.D. Roth not only gave us the '2 legit' move (with the wrong hand, mind you, giving us a reverse L), he then said "Peace, we outta here" followed by that Arsenio Hall fist move. Damn, my man was intent on going through all the early 90's hip hop slang he could do in the last few seconds of that episode. It's too bad the show wasn't on for at least one more year, then he could've thrown in a "Whoop, there it is!" reference if he wanted to.

  • Notice how they kept showing the first level only? I hope there's more episodes left. Have you scanned through the tape to see if it's all Gamepro? I hope to see some episodes I didn't know about, cause I had a lot of them.

  • I love that episode! because they preview the game, Tiny Toons! my favorite!

  • WOOHOO. forgot about this episode. Thanks man.
