Everyone is different but this DVD worked wonders for me and is so much fun.  I don't like the Deanne Berry ones as find her too serious and irrating plus its good to mix it up with different presenters. Give it a go.

It's absolute rubbish, don't buy into it, crunches are really bad anyway because a lot of the time people don't actually know what they are doing they can cause back problems and if you have a bad bak anyway, forget it! The fact that she was talking whilst "crunching" means it wasn't working. Plus there's no weight behind any of the toning or crunching so it's not really doing much.
