Here's another option if you can't see "Audio Form" You can go into Arrangement view Duplicate your impulse or rack, flatten the 2nd one, then freeze it, Then you Reverse and transpose just like the video said :D (Right click on impulse or rack to Freeze, after freezing Right click and Flatten the Drum rack or Impulse). Thumbs up so people know.

@rowanthebest I know 70 is the half of 140. DJ's and producers are not the same thing by the way. And yes, it does matter. 140 BPM allows for more precise hi hat placement and other things, if you understand what I mean. Dubstep tracks SOUND like 70 BPM, but almost all of them are made in 140 BPM.

@zwerty007 obviously you have absolutely no idea on what goes into creating a good dubstep track.for example,my bass lines are usually comprised of at least 10 channels each one being split into three individual frequency's.a composition is usually comprised of 50 plus channels and a huge array of processors.I would advise you to think twice before commenting on subjects that you are not totally familiar with.

@AQA5G4RD1AN that's about the same... if you make a beat at 140 bpm and slow it down to 70 bpm it will slow down.. But if you put more hits in your drum pattern (on 70 bpm), then you will have the same result (as less hits at 140 bpm) :)

to get the audio and midi output section on you front display look in the bottom right corner.. there are five rows of small circular buttons that are labeled "x" "d" "m" "s/r" and "i-o" going from bottom to top. simply click on the "i-o" circle until it is highlighted yellow.. Like this so that everyone can see it.

I have Ableton live 6 and after i recorded my music, i went to mix it and my guitar and bass come out the left speaker and drums come out the right, i tried to pan it but it didnt do anything, when i put my guitars more to the right they got quiter and quiter, same for drums. @snowboardsk8board Under the Options pulldown menu you have options for Narrow Grid or Widen Grid. Command + 1 will narrow the grid, Command + 2 will widen the grid. If you are at 1/16, you want to widen the grid 1 time, so hit Command + 2
