The way I read it is we can stop future spending, but the 14th amendment makes the debt ceiling unconstitutional because it's a backward thing.

At a time when we are celebrating our Constitution. I was wondering why does Obama keep circumventing the Constitution? Every time a bill gets voted down (Dream Act, CAP & Trade, Internet Reg., etc.) he does it anyway through executive order or passing it on to a Czar or Department.

When Obama's radical agenda is rejected by Congress and the American people, he goes around the democratic process to do what he wants anyway.

@thepenrev I don't know if you saw the Alex Jones interview of Lyndon Larouche, but he said that if Obama is not removed within weeks, he would crash the economy so bad and create so much havoc, that we would not be able to dig ourselves out for a very long time, if ever!! Obama is not in control of this country, and he is in my estimation, nearly lost his mind!!
