Froyo (Android 2.2) on HTC Desire

Hi i have htc desire ,with android version 2.2 ,the problem is what i install in it from android market , mostof theapplications install in internal memory .......how i can change it to SD card ?? My one havent the option where to install the the apps ....Auto ,Internal ,Extrnal .....Simply i haven't setinstall location KINDLY HELP ........

@DrAyanAfridi I can't really help you, 'cause my possibility disappeared when I installed the original 2.2 in stead of my rooted version which I have in the video. So, sorry, can't help you.

there is only one way man, u must do a partition on ur SD to boot all the apps from the SD, i don't know more serch in google ;)

man kan godt hører den danske accent :D jeg har også en htc desire med den samme udgave af froyo som dig.. men froyo ser anderledes ud på andre videor på youtube.. hvorfor det?

@ChristmasGuys Jeg installerede en rom og ikke den officielle froyo opdatering. Jeg kunne ikke vente til den kom ud den gang :)

Det er ikke Froyo 2.2 det er HTC Sense 2.2.

what ROM did you use? I've seen yours versus many other videos with "froyo" and your ROM looks the best, I want to make sure I download the right one...

@mmick128 It says in the "under-bar". I'd recommend another one, 'cause this one had some problems synchronizing the calender. I recommend just using the official and not rooting your phone actually :)

I just bought my desire, and it came with 2.2. However, i do not have the car panel app....is that not there by default?

@kjelltp It's a ROM that I installed, so I'm not sure if it's on the original update.

@xymatri Der er links i beskrivelsen under videoen, men det er til nogle betaudgivelser af 2.2 som installerede på min desire, da jeg var for utålmodig til at vente på den officielle opdatering. Så jeg kan desværre ikke hjælpe dig.

Few questions mate.. hope you could help me here..

1 does the new voice search app works on this with froyo on board?

2 does the screen rotates when u tilt it right?

@aaazyyy 1. I dont know, the voice search only works in English and I haven't really bothered to try it yet.

2. Yes, the screen rotates in all directions when you flip it (not head down, thou (but who needs that?)) .

HTC Desire wins hands down..completely blows iPhone4, 3G & 3GS out the water. HTC hardware is better and the Android OS is an open platform. iPhone IOS is a closed and restrictive platform and there are too many barriers to entry as an iPhone developer. If Apple are to survive in the SmartPhone space, they will need to be more consumer focused and open up the functionality of their devices to it's full potential. Jailbreaking should be officially supported by Apple for example.

@zeb641 It is in Denmark, but I think I heard that it isn't in for instance USA if you have a certain company. But I'm pretty sure that will change soon so that it will become free

@ColdingoVich Jeg er ikke sikker på jeg forstår dit spørgsmål. 3D som i noget som ligner 3D (mere levende menuer), eller reelle 3D menuer? For hvis det er sidstnævnte, så tror jeg at det kræver andet hardware end det som der er i den.

@lilleursus Jeg brugte mit Sony XR550v til at optage den. Det kamera er fuldstændig fantastisk, men koster selvf lidt under 10.000 kr.

Jeg ved ikke med Wildfire, jeg undrer mig også selv over den, for den ligner Desire meget udseendesmæssigt, men hvor hurtig og trykfølsom den er, det aner jeg desværre ikke.
