@lemonrind he's has lightened up a lot in the last 10 years, I think he has let his 'Wall" come down, and is a more humble person. I think he had a lot of demons from his childhood come out in his midlife. I think he is over it now, and just wants to get on with it.

When final cut came out I knew that was the end, and Roger never looked back until live 8.

Although it's nice to see the hatchet has been buried between them, just a shame it took what happened on the 15/9/2008 for it to happen.

For Roger's entertainment? Obviously the man is an artist and all artists must follow their own respective muse, therefore being entertained by their creative search and process. The first time it went out, with the Floyd, it was an artistic celebration of devoted brilliance and ambition. The second time, 1990 Berlin, it was a communal celebration for that unprecedented event and what it represented. He was asked to do Berlin 1990. Glad he did it. 270 million people bought tickets.
