Does she sing in the soprano or alto section. Clearly she can sing both! And she has a rich head voice too. Sounded like a different person at the latter part of the video
Oh, she did a superb job...so beautiful. Once you have heard the Hawkins sing any of their songs, a "signature" has been engraved upon the song. No one can duplicate the Hawkins' sound...so very few even attempt to do so. What i like about this video is that the person in charge knew not to change "anything" about Walter Hawkins' style for this song; therefore,(I can't even sing...b the soloist hit the notes almost pefrfectly. Thank you for posting this. R.I.P. Bishop Hawkins. This is GOOD
Classic Growning up Gospel!! I havn't heard this song since I was a child. I loved it when Sis. Edith Kessee would sing...now as an adult, I truly know what this songs means to me. No longer just a beautiful sound but a testamony!
Thx for posting and still singing old school gospel
When ever I feel picked upon, warn out, trampled upon, unjustly accused. This song rings so deep and true in my heart. I know it is True!
