Chicago style manual is real clear on the topic.The book all of the preferred stock holders get called Constitution of the United States of America: Analysis and Interpretation show it real clear ret

Income tax applies to anyone conducting a trade or business in the Corporate United States, and if you look up the definition further in the IRC, you will see that this application applied under words of art, technically applies to VERY few people.
