yes THC is beneficial, in tablet form. although smoking it is very harmful, 4-8 times more carcenogenic than tobacco and the beneficial effects are lessened enormously if smoked.

My grandmother has had 3 strokes in the past year from taking Morphine Sulfate a legal prescription drug that the Oh so great US government has been supplying her. My dad died when I was eleven from a heart attack after years of having lung cancer from smoking tobacco. My uncle died from alcohol poisoning a few years back. Marijuana has been proven to subside the effects of alcohol brain damage as well as other heath beneficiaries.

Each of these things kill, and each is very very legal.
