I feel lucky enough to train under an old school muay thai kickboxer turned BJJ black belt and one of the top brown belt competitors in my area.

I roll 9, 8 minute rolls, hate on that haters.

he did a seminar at my jiu jitsu school. it was nuts. i highly recommend going to a seminar or getting a lesson from him. hes a 7x jits world champ. it was crazy to see him tool my blackbelt instructor(who had just gotten his bb) who tools me. lol
