Take a piece of bread, some potatos, onions, butter and sour cream.

Make a normal sandwich with butter.

Take out all the bones from the strömming and put it on the sandwich.

chop up some potatos and onion and put on top of the strömming and then you take some clicks of sour cream.

Salt & pepper if you like.

hahaha here in southern Sweden no one eats Surströmming, they dont even sell it in the stores here, it's mostly in northern Sweden, they eat it alot, they eat it with tunnbröd (kind of like a taco tortilla shell)
