Thanks for posting, I had the DVD for this but lost it. I was wondering if you do anything else for your abs or just this workout? I've been desperately trying to get 6 pack definition but still have a layer of fat over my abs I just can't get rid of now matter how much I diet and exercise.
@lmrdjm275 getting abs was a goal of mine for like three years. i used to be like 50 pounds heavier. you need to be dedicated completely. pretty much get used to not eating that much, do an ab workout once or twice per week, and instead of doing cardio do something you enjoy that promotes physical activity, like basketball, tennis, walking the dog, or even go shopping all day without eating. good luck

@MoNsTaSniPeZz you might have to straighten your back. if your back is already straight, dont go high up, when i do sit ups i usually stop when both my shoulder blades leave the ground, that is plenty high. Just go that high and practice perfect form. Should help.
@MoNsTaSniPeZz and also make sure your lower back is on the ground the whole time too, only crunch the upper part of your back up keep your lower back with a firm base on the ground.
@dnasty4994 I think i found the problem that my lower back is not flat it has like a hole so i don't think im ever going to do this work out im going to hurt my back... if this is the problem i hate it i want abs but it's painful well my back i well record myself next time and you tell me what you think this is just my 3rd day of taking the challenge.
Those plates aren't 45, they're half, its a method used to spread the weight further along the bar, keep him more balanced and using his forearm muscles too. So not 400 lbs, about 200, still impressive. Look it up
