@Lynnette941 They're not scary. But they're still fun. I hope they never stop making them. Scream 2 was better than part one. Scream 1 wasn't as original as people think. Meta movies have already been done, even by the same director. Scream 2 had good character development and suspense. Scream 4 wasn't very good but I still liked it just for the sake of seeing Campbell, Arquette and Cox. Its good for sentimental folk like me.

I was expecting something a lot better. The plot has been done hundreds of times, and the characters haven't changed over 4 movies. I think Craven should of went nuts with this one. Like kill a main character! Be honest, who would of liked to have seen Dewy or Gail bite the dust? Or better yet, Sydney! That would of been awesome! If this is the last movie in the franchise, why not go out with a bang? Have some balls and a take a chance instead of recycling the same story.

Let me say, despite the Moviewatcher.us spamming, this is a legit flick. - S4 reclaimed the franchise with a worthy instalment that's a fantastic sequel as well as a quality slasher film in its own right. At least worth a rental, if not a download. (not spamming), its a decent film.
