Isn't this Park Place? I went on a tour today, and the shots of the outside are definitely of Park Place, not UP.

How hard is it to get into them? I heard there is a waiting list.

@PeaceAndLover48 You pay 50 bucks to get on the waiting list, most people I have talked to it took a year to get them, but if you get lucky some people get them after waiting for a quarter or two.
