The problem could be that after you recieve your handset back from repair after it has been formated you are doing a restore of your data. Maybe your data is corupted and your re infecting the handset. Either that or your top slide UI needs to be replaced or it could be the flex cable, or the phone could be liquid damaged!
@scroff69 Naaah don't bother with him, he just makes stop-motions and tries to bash on Nokia. Anyway, I am more than sure that Nokia will not give you back the phone damaged after repairing it, or if yes just go to the manager of the company and he will rip off the employees balls :)
