@Jus7as hahaha :D this has nothing to do with harmonic obertones. you want to extract vocals from a song? this you can do by equalizing properly or by antiphasing an exactl instrumental version of your song with the song itself. This will extract everything from your song, what is missing in the instrumental (vocals)

This is great, thank you. But this would only work if one straight note is being played. What about if there was a melody played on the violin? Any way to isolate the key harmonics then?

@unkellsam - You would have to do it note-by-note. You could flatten all the pitches in Newtone, edit the noises and put them back to original... :)

@DJSebIt : same here, using it to make professional music (with other tools like nuendo and soundforge of course, but the compositing tools are just incredibly practical and fast)

They just wish they said to themselves (what am i doing) used a program as perfect and easy as this.

The only reason people h8 this program is because it is so accesible and easy to use. So there are alot of really crappy tunes floating around from noob producers.

People should just stand back from it and see it as a possitive rather than a negative.
