  • I wanna be a good friend but how can I if that person hates me but I try being a good friend and was always there for her trying doing alot good things for her but I know I done some things I shouldn't but I just wish could talk and clear things up

  • I am so so proud of you girl.

  • Omg ! i wouldn't be able to tell the difference, very beautifull.

  • When I heard the first part that her best friend wants to be supportive and how to be supportive I almost cried cause it's so sweet that he's reaching out to help her.

  • I'm in love with you!

  • are you lesbian or are u str8? :(( it prolly too personal but I wanna know anyway :P

  • Wonder why you choose Jesslyn?

  • hey girl :)

you are getting more and more beautiful with each video you make. :)

good advice, hope you are doing great in your transition.

keep up the inspirational videos please.

    God Bless You

  • Very good advice your giving out. Didnt you say befoe u were heavy. I have to say you inspire me to get to my 150. {thats 35 i have to loose}

  • How do u get the things u needed and where do u get them

  • yea sry didnt mean it that way

I just meant that she is beautiful.

  • oh my god I cant believe you are a guy. Whats it like? I mean this for real not mean.

  • @njcandoit she's not a guy.... Even if you didn't mean anything by it, it's still pretty insulting. She's a woman, not a guy.

  • @GetsugaTenshoS I think what njcandoit was trying to ask was, "What's it like to be a girl inside a boy's body?"

I can tell you that it isn't fun at all. Be thankful your gender identity doesn't clash with your body. It's torture. That's the best way to describe it. You feel like there's something wrong with your body every moment of every day. You hate everything about it that makes you appear male. Depression and crying yourself to sleep are common.

  • @AliAliDillyDally If the rest of that comment after the first sentence was based at me then: way to make an assumption....

If it was aimed at njcandoit then, carry on.

And yeah I get what was being asked. Just the wording just before the question I was responding to.

  • @GetsugaTenshoS Sorry, I was talking to njcandoit.

  • @AliAliDillyDally Ah no probs, just wasn't sure at first since it continued. :)

  • oh my god I cant believe you are a guy.

  • your so nice and beautiful,.. how can you wanna be a girl?? sorry i jist wonder...

you dont look tranny,.. you look so natural girl,...

  • @ricacantik cuz thats how i want to live life.. as just a natural girl

  • @Jesslyngirl87 :) <33

  • @ricacantik

I think that your idea of trans is either 1. drag queen or 2. television trannys that are usually a joke. Its about being a woman, not a cartoon character.

  • @ricacantik It's not that she wants to be a girl, she already is a girl. She just wants her body to reflect that.

  • Jesslyn, great advice, great girl, great smile.

    Keep the good work.

    You look amazing.

    Love,

    Lindsay

  • Hope you receive my donation sent this week via paypal ?! 500? Good weekend and keep smiling

  • you turned out to be sexy from 6 pack with muscles to a curvy hourglass figure. love the face and hair too!

  • Sorry!

It wasn´meant any harm! More caring!!!!!!

  • Sorry!

It wasn´meant any harm! More caring!!!!!!

    kisses*.*

(is it right??my english is so bad)

  • Sorry!

It wasn´meant any harm! More caring!!!!!!

    kisses*.*

(is it right??my english is so bad)

  • This is great advice. Some of my friends from home just got into a fight with some of my college friends about my transition and pronoun usage when they came to visit this past weekend and I told them pretty much the same thing. My friends from home get more slack, because I have known them for a long time and they have to change a bit too as I physically change.

Anyways, good advice overall. It's nice to see another confident young trans woman with a good head on her shoulders. :)

  • Love all your advce, You are a amazing girl!

  • Love this video. :D

It is a very important topic both for the transgendered and the people around.

  • Your hair's adorable!

  • Good answer. Good advice. :)

  • you look great sister!!! but u have to eat something!! ;-)

a little bit of fat build the boobs :-))))) love and kisses

  • @HMontanaification lol believe me im not skinny:p

  • @HMontanaification I think it's just the lighting. Over-rich color saturation in the picture makes her face look sharp-angled.

  • @eternallypre lol my face does have very sharpe angles. thats why i need ffs on my chin and jaw.

  • @Jesslyngirl87 i dont think u need ffs, your chin may be a little masculine, but i works for your face, maybe a more feminine chin wont work that good

you already dyed your hair or is just the lights?the style is very cute now,do you plan to make it look like the wig you used to use in the oldest videos?

    kisses

  • @Jesslyngirl87

I think your jaw is absolutely gorgeous. Forgive my being forward, but I'd kiss that face any day of the week

  • that beeping is so fucking ANNOYING

  • @xCommando44 im sorry :( i cant figure out why its doing that

  • Hi! You are sooooooo cute and hot :) I just wanted to tell you that, haha.

  • hey jessliyn, i want to say thank you for making these videos, i am mtf too but i only just had my very first talk with my psychologist like 4 weeks ago (next one in 2 weeks) and every time that i can't take it anymore my friends help me but i tend to keep it a little to myself (don't know why) so than i watch your videos and the cheer me up again ^^ so once more thanks for making these videos :D they keep giving me a little extra patience, which i lack so often

and i love you hair btw :D

  • Curious to know if Nate is gay or straight. I am sure the experience of having a close friend transition is informed by one's own gender identity/sexual preference dichotomy.

  • @OxenHandler i know with myself that atm a relation iss of no importance so maybe you should see it ia bicurious?

  • @funnyslayer You're a good friend to support her through this. Are you attracted to her? Have you talked about it?

  • Thank you very much. I'm glad to see all the positive feed back. Thank you for doing this agin, and thank you to all the people with great comments. fyi, my friend is mtf..Hope all of you have a great 2011.

  • u looks more womenly!

  • I think that the number one thing to do, to be a good friend is, be there even when times are tough. Don't be a fair-weather-friend. Get involved in your friends life in a very personal way. I have found much joy in helping my friends, when they need it the most. Never feel like someone owes you for your help, do it because you truly want to.

  • i dunno if it's just me..or maybe it's just like this at the beginning of transition, but if people were to use female pronouns exclusively to me, it will sound strange to me.. but using male pronouns also feels weird.. >< i guess this is just something to get used to. (i wish English didn't distinguish gender in pronouns..) and if there are others who feel like this, I suppose it's best to first ask the friend how they want to be addressed.

    you're hair's growing! i like the length (:

  • @hiroeyuki0831 so im confused what would u want to be called then lol? like i am fine with being seen as a woman everyday and really i just want to live life as nothing but a girl. i dont want to be seen as something different.

  • @Jesslyngirl87 sorry haha.. i think it's just that I haven't gotten used to it yet. outside of youtube, i'm not really seen as female. others need time getting used to it, but I think I also need to get used to it myself (regarding pronouns), and even though I'm not a different person, it's been a certain way for the last 23 years.

  • Very sound advise , Jesse. Look forward to your next video

  • Hey Girly, Im Isabella, Im transgender MTF I was informed you as well are from ohio, Idk if its true but if it is omg thats so amazing, cause i am 19 and im from ohio as well. Ive wanted to find friends like me from ohio, and i think it would be cool to be friends,

  • ok yeah thats right ..but I thought it was f/m .....I mean your friends friend ...Jess...but yes I see your point !!love ya !!Hey yes ...no more guitar videos !!I like those ...lots a love !!Ivonne5xx

  • god, its so easy to forget you were ever a guy. Your "girl voice" really makes a big difference. looking forward to more videos.

  • Very good advice, my partner had the same problems with her family and it took a long time for them to adjust. :)

  • Very good advice. Also, it is okay to ask you friend questions to help you understand. If she is transitioning she has probably come to terms with these feelings and she can explain some things that might completely confuse you. Just being supportive and nice will go such a long way.

  • good advice jesslyn, very sensible

  • do hormones have an effect on ur voice??

  • @juanma1617 Yup

  • I love your hair omg...you look very pretty in this video..............I had an epiphany last night regarding being truthful with who I think I am....I might have to send you a private message in the future for some advice as I really feel that I should think this through...

  • @RapidCycling07 Oh and I sooooo love the New York t-shirt!!! :)

  • Very good advice indeed. I just wish my friends could have known this when I was going through that period.

  • Great advice, especially about remembering they are still the same person.

  • Good advise, and you are looking so pretty! Please do make videos more often. :)

  • I totally agree. I've always considered it very disrespectful to use male pronouns in referring to a MtF or to use their old male name while they are in transition, more after they transition. I understand it does take time to get used to but being treated like the person you know are after so long is like no other feeling in the world.

  • so is the guys friend mtf or ftm? i was thoroughlt confused by the pronouns :(

  • @starwarsfangurl his friend is mtf. hes becoming a she

  • do you have to go thriugh therapy to get hormones?

  • @nojustsam well your sposed to

  • You're really pretty :)

  • yea gurl,stop slackin ;)

  • Your voice sound different in this one(or is it just me?)

  • @1C9J9S5 i guess im just getting better at it? lol

  • Great advice! You are a very wise (and quite beautiful too, if I may be so bold...awesome eyes) young lady!

  • Jesslyn, I really appreciate all of your good advice. I think everyone needed to hear what you said. Both sides of the transition need to be understanding.

    Thanks for your work.

  • you are nice!

  • It's great you're back, Jesslyn, and we're glad you're still doing ok with your transition.

And I agree, you're definitely looking more feminine with each recent video.

  • wow you are beautiful :)

i wish you all the best :)

  • @LoneWolfKai well idk about beautiful but thanks just the same (:

  • @Jesslyngirl87 theres beauty in everyone hun :) and your really inspiring for what you are doing :)

  • @Jesslyngirl87 No, I'm pretty sure LoneWolfKai is right, you are very beautiful. Thanks for some good advice. Also in a few days happy Valentine's day!

  • you are just so cool !!!! i love ye, i do.

  • You are incredible Jesslyn; your voice sounds great, and you get cuter and cuter with every video...a true inspiration!

  • @DanaFox1Tbabe well thank you :) transition is a great thing when stuff starts coming together

  • sounds like you had another program on, which uses a mic, while you recorded your vid.... (sounds like a ticking bomb) Ohhhh nooooo..... Jesslyn's computer is going to explode !!!!! Great advice btw.....

  • go bananas I don't even

  • sound advice...

  • I think you are right Jess, friend just try to see him as one of the boys and as if it was always that way.Ivonne5xx

  • @Ivonne5xx well sorta.. try to view her as a woman but all the same its still your friend

  • I would say that Nate here has already proven to be a good friend for wanting to support his friend through her transition. Good start!
