I bought a 2010 yz250f it might be the slowest but it handels like a dream and i put a pipe on it so its not to slow anymore and I geard it lower aswel so my 2010 yz250f flys now

this guy sounds like he just memorized a paper full of things. hedoesnt actually know what he's talking about. valve retainers from steel to aluminum? that would be a microscopic wieght difference. running softer valvesprings because of how much weight difference with the valvespring retainers? for better throttle response and less load? now it'l just float valves easier...im sure the reason they changed these things would b better explained by the engineers, not the PR idiot

And you can tune the fuel injection for different terrain and weather EFI is the shit you can change the air to fuel ratio

doesn't EFI give the bike the ideal fuel to air mixture in any conditions. For gasoline fuel, the stoichiometric air/fuel mixture is approximately 14.7 times the mass of air to fuel. Any mixture less than 14.7 to 1 is considered to be a rich mixture, any more than 14.7 to 1 is a lean mixture. Why would they make EFI so you can change the ideal fuel/air mixture??

EFI isnt all related to the bog.

The EFI also inproves other aspects of the bike, for example its alot easier to start.
