When I think about it your character in ToT is maybe the child of your main character from Animal Parade since at the end of Animal Parade you send one of your child with a goddess seedling to Waffle Island to save the island because they Goddess Tree is dead or dying or something.

I don't know what is the backstory of your main character in ToT, but if we follow the Animal Parade ending logic then in ToT you must probably be the grow up version of the child that we send, but maybe i'm wrong.

u have to do the quilt event and then u water the flower at a tree (harvest sprite tree) and then he gives u a recipe and u have to get those ingrediants and then water the flower again and he will create a rainbow.
