It's so sad that otherwise perfectly good exercise is so polluted by 'supernatural' bullcrap. I quit my t'ai chi classes because of all the extra bs.

There is this book about 'Chi Running', which is a VERY good method for running injury-free... you have to read past the 'chi'-drivel, though. The writer states that "chi does exist, even if you don't believe it, because if it didn't, you would be dead" ('chi' being an 'invisible, life-giving energy'). He even thinks that's *logical*, ffs...
