Okay I am re starting my tank from scratch. I use to keep fish them had to move to many times. I am at the 2 week mark off start up. I am wanting to start with a school of clown loaches 4/5ish. Is this a okay move? Or do I need to start with the fish I'd want to be tank boss and work my way down from there?
HI , i bougt a new aquarium and I'm planing on putting tropical freshwater fish. How many days of water conditioning do I need to go through for the water to be right. At the pets store they told me I need to condition the water for a week prior to putting in the fish, is this right?
I didn't see it in this clip, but could anyone tell me the name of this fish please? Its a very small, thin fish (about 3cm long) that's grey with an almost luminous yellow stripe in the middle and a blue stripe? I usually see them in shoals in tanks, think they're a fairly common tropical fish...
HI Im planning on buying a preaty huge fish tank (tropical) I was wondering if I could add these fish in the tank together as a community tank… …Platy… …Kribensis… …Swordtail… …Blue Gourami… ...…Molly… …Honey Gourami …. …Angelfish … ….Endlers Livebearer… …Betta …. …Dwarf Gourami… ….Pearl Gourami … …Common Pleco 20... (6 of each with live plants.) is this ok?
@helpinguser bettas should not be kept in a community aquarium. they are called 'siamese fighting fish' for a reason. they are usually kept on their own 5-10 gal aquarium with maybe a few neons. btw, i love gourami but i would wait util a couple months after set up until you introduc them. btw, i hope to god you are not planning on abuying all fish at same time? angelfish need to e in trios and they are also very aggresive. endlers are small and might get eaten by your other fishies. Good luck
@musicismagic97 You can put fighting fish in tanks with other fish just not other male fighting fish. I've had one in my tank for months now and he has never botherd with any of the other fish. By far the most agressive fish i have in my tank is a Molly!
Im a siamese fighter fan, like the one in my videos xD

my ruby shark keeps chasing my silver tip shark . can u help me how 2 stop them
raf4jack 1 year ago
@raf4jack How big is your tank? If its two small than the ruby shark will get aggressive, or maybe your tank lacks territory.
