But I disagree with you on the president thing. on the whole YES he doesn't have as much power as we seem to think. But a president seems these days to have such power over vetoing a bill because of the 2 party structure. Its HIGHLY unlikely that the majority vote against the presidents decision will ever occur because that majority needs to be such a high percentage.
