This film is not my favorite. However, I can only imagine how good it could have been if it hadn't been made during the writer's strike. That's why this movie sucked plain and simple. No script polishes were possible so they couldn't tighten it up and fix things. Although the film amde a boatload of cash, Paramount shot itself in the foot by locking in a release date when they knew a strike was looming.

You know, I hear Shia Labeuf doesn't want to do another movie... Well, I hate to break it to Shia, but the only actor needed to make a successful Transformers movie is the voice actor who plays Optimus Prime.
