What's with the tempo here?

@Svatopluk What do you mean? The tempo's alright. The piece is slow in the first part, then gets faster in the second section.

@HeadfulOfHollow The beginning is "Adagio molto" and lasts for 21 bars. Then the tempo switches to "Allegro ma poco". I don't see any slip in this performance.
