  • Naughty boy ???? looks female to me

  • Animals, especially birds, don't ask to come into our homes and live with us. We FORCE them to live with us. WE are responsible for their safety.

DON'T bring an animal into your home if you are a clueless idiot, as is this lady.

Just watch them on You Tube instead...

  • @HagenSteele

actually, i don't think she was being an idiot. she was seeing if the two got along or not in this video:

(i can't post the link, but type in 'j and c' in the search bar)

the IRN and budgie get along fine.

I don't think she was doing anything wrong, just trying something out. it's a new bird in the house and maybe she was just seeing if they got along or not. there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with that. she was watching them right there wasn't she?

  • Beautiful bird although a little jealous...Understandable...Love his coloring!

  • Wow, you're a dumbass, lady.

  • Complete ignorance, on this individuals part. It never ceases to amaze me, in my 25yrs in the avian field. What some folks do, out of sheer stupidity. Please don't try and validate, they were only "playing". Your IRN could kill that bird VERY easily, i know i have an IRN. But thankfully, he's very loving and in good hands. It's unfortunate, i cannot say the same for your animals......(g)

  • bad indian ringneck poor budgie

  • omg poor bird!!! i hope he/she is fine?!?!?

  • You sound like your from Australia...

  • The budgie was hurt! Look at him shaking and scratching at his head after he was grabbed by the ringneck. This lasts throughout the entire video, and you can still see him having issues with his head at the end of the video. I hope he was examined to make sure he was okay. As the owner of 5 parrots, I know all too well what can happen in these situations.

  • poor bugie you shouldent tell him that you should of shout to him he could have killed the budgie cause its so small "bad birdie" nope "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE YOU COULD HAVE KILLED IT BAD ONE!!!!" and you put him somewhere else not that squekie voice :( i felt bad for that little cutie

  • Poor budgie :(

  • Given the nature of budgies and even my tiny 3" parrotlet, that parakeet was probably being an asshole lol. My parrotlet harasses and tries to fight my IRN all the time. He knows he can't win, but before her wings grew back in he was such a dick always flying circles around her.

  • @drakeltheryuujin 3" parrotlet! Is he/she a baby? :)

  • @xXOneHotLennonXx Not anymore he isn't. That's about as big as a full grown parrotlet gets. He's a chatterbox too. He LOVES to talk.

  • @drakeltheryuujin Oh right, my parrotlet was about 5" but that's counting his tail though :) Mine was the same..he'd sit there and say everything he could say one after the other :') I lost him though quite recently due to an unknown illness :''( I really really miss him </3

  • @xXOneHotLennonXx I'm sorry for your loss :( I've lost a couple of great birds over the years prematurely, I know the feeling. I was extremely sad when my parrotlet got sick a few months ago, but antibiotics seemed to do the trick. He's back to his old energetic self. He shares a cage with my lutino cockatiel and they're practically mates (although they can't mate they try very hard LOL!). She would have been sad as well had I lost my little guy!

  • My IRN hates all my other birds. Extremely jealous! They can be minding their business then my IRN will swoop over and try to attack >_<

  • birds will pick who they are friends with or not my first ring neck and my first lorrikeet i hand reared were friends and then we brought a sun conure and she droped the ring neck for him then i got another 2 lorrikeets and guess what neither like each other they just spent there time out of each others way the first lorrie is boss and every one else knows it the sunconure is like her body guard would attack anything if they touched his girl skittles so very cute look for my vidieos

  • i own 2 indian ring necks a cockatoo a sun conure and 2 lorrikeets and 2 cockitals that all get along. but anything smaller then a indian ring neck is really dumb to let them near each other. my ring neck killed my caniey though a cage ripped half his beck off and a leg they are known to do this to other birds the canary would go it if it climbed on his cage i also have a budgie and there in a cage in another room the rest sleep lose in my room

  • pause at 0:00 he is actually biting that poor things neck

  • How old is the Ringneck in this video?

  • I think its good to have more than 1 bird in the room. They keep each other company. My afr grey was never around other birds. He was fasc. w/my U2 & would do whatever he did. If one preened/napped, the other did the same. They seemed a lot calmer w/another bird around. Someone to keep company w/.

I would nevr leav birds alone unless you are right there. Ive seen birds almost kill each other even tho they were friends 4 yrs. One bird almost died. Never leave birds alone even for a second.

  • hi i have same male ringneck, are budgie and ringneck friendly with each others?

  • Um...that Ringneck is a girl not a boy.

  • Really lady! Stop callin the ringneck naughty, and pick up that poor budgie!

  • ....Uhm. That Indian Ringneck is a -GIRL- >>;

  • budgies are always sooo friendly. especially the males... you are a devious devil... you wanted this to happen or wanted to see what happens to the poor budgie.

  • budgies are always sooo friendly. especially the males... you are a devious devil... you wanted this to happen.

  • I'm sorry but what your allowing there goes agains being a good owner.. you can clearly see that the IRN grabed the buggie by the neck and could have easily snaped it ffs.

As a matter of fact you a horible owner!

  • @namewastakenzomb you know this based on basically nothing? wow i didn't know god had a youtube account.

  • @namewastakenzomb

It was a peck, not a grab at the neck. Stop listening to yourself.

  • with respect to your running your own life, your ringneck isn't such a bad bird for doing what's normal.... picking on a smaller one (especially when competing for your attention).... seems like we need to see it from the bird's point of view sometimes....

mixing sizes is tricky.... i just got a rescue senegal... came from a flock of 5... has no tail feathers and few wing feathers.... all the littler birds came in to the shelter like that.... no one knows who did it... too much trauma...

  • A-aww... poor budgie...

    You're a fucking idiot.

  • That bird could of been hurt, I swear there are so many idiots that own pets.

  • @galaxypa I agree with you. Might as well just stick em in a cage together and let em get it over with. Same difference. I did the same thing a long time ago trying to put a male and female ringneck together. the female almost killed the male

  • @galaxypa You are so right!!!

  • @galaxypa ..I agree with you on that..I am a first time parrot owner and I have an IRN and 2 cockatiels..my common sense kicked in and said letting them loose together is a big no no lol..especially with the IRN's...This person obviously doesnt have common sense or took the time out to research IRN'S.

  • @galaxypa do you own any birds?

  • so im guessing budgies and IRNs dont get along with eachother ?

  • how big is ure cage

  • my mate has a pair of Ringnecks in an outdoor aviary, look in the bottom of the cage and there is dead sparrows with no legs.

dont be suprised one day it will happen to your budgie.

    BE CAREFUL

  • good one! people dont want 2 see that stuff.

    :(

  • probably needs a buddie of the same species

  • BADY!

  • NO, No, no!

I love how you say no the last time.

    Cracks me up

  • Bird politics...

  • and to think you would even post it on u tube, you must think that this is entertaining well when it is dying why dont you film that and post it so we can all have a laugh! hahahahhahaha that is so funny die little budgie die!!!!

  • This is so bad you are a frigen idiot!!!!! you should not be alloud to own any pets at all. You dont no anything about the animals. If i ever met you i would make you suffer like you have made that bird suffer. Im sure thats not a first too. Its only a matter of time before the ring neck kills the budgie and it will happen so fast you wont be able to stop it you dumb ass. If not it will die from shock, you are so dumb i hope you rot in hell.

  • My budgie loves my indien ringneck parrot and there really good friends so i dont no why the other people are saying that they dont get along

  • thats a girl not a boy lol

  • thats a girl not a boy

  • @SHAWNEATER no its only a baby indien ringneck thats why it has no ring yet

  • HAHAHAHAHA YOUR VOICE IS FUN:

    "THE BUDGIE"

  • how old is the indian ringneck?

  • Stupid ****.

Use your brain for once. For f*** sake.

  • this is absolutely terrible... how could you do that to a budgie? I've had lovebirds bite the toes off my budgie, what makes you think a ringneck, easily three times large, cannot fatally harm the poor bird?

  • @thetrueSilver budgies and ringnecks can go togther like my budgie and indien ring neck are friends

  • That is not a very smart move, i say as both a ringneck and cockatiel owner, buying a budgie for a ringneck. Ringnecks will easily bite off a little paw. I have seen videos ofcourse of ringnecks getting along with cockatiels, but you better just not place them together.

  • beautiful ringneck but that poor little budgie

  • Apparently you get a thumbs down for criticizing a demonstration of utter fucking stupidity and putting an animal in a dangerous situation.

  • @frigginjoe its not such a dangerous situation really, as long as its supervised theres no real risk, how else will you get them socialized with each other?yeah theres a small risk but if your not scared of the animals you wont be scared to get in the way and more likely wont have to, my budgie plays with my 2 boxers, criticize that. bet youd never ride a bicycle coz youre 2 scared of falling off.

  • It's very dangerous. I've had my fingers bitten by the best (lol) and nobody is going to get in between the birds fast enough once a random bite occurs. Budgies are tough little birds, but they do not have the bones to withstand much of a bite. Supervision would involve not even letting the budgie climb the IRN's CAGE like that.

Cage-territorial is one of the most common traits of pet birds. A bite is almost a given if that's allowed.

That wasn't even a bite with intent.

  • You trying to get the budgie killed?

  • that ant a boy its a felmale female dont have a red neck or a black neck

  • Yes, she's a female, or she's young

  • Just a piece of advice - your ringneck thinks it is in control of the situation. Make sure he knows what he did was not OK.

  • it did look like he bit the other one hard lol...

how can u tell if its a boy or a girl..?

  • yes i know but u cnt see nothing

  • birds don't have a penis, dumbarse.

  • Budgies are so small and tough for their size

  • They certainly are! My budgie, Skye is totally FEARLESS.....which gets him in trouble most of the time! LOL

  • Wow. Looks like he really hurt him.

  • im going to buy one of these but i cant fing a breeder that has any in ohio :(

  • oh yeah they do it all the time, however he never actually gets hold of him or even touched him so there is no problem there : )

  • @kri5t1 How much does these birds cost and where can I find one?

  • Looks like he really bit the budgie hard. Was the budgie okay?

  • i love bluey
