AAround 1990 a friend and I, very depressed, came up with a plan to lower unemployment and reduce crime. All youth whose families make less than $30,000 year would be locked in camps at age 18. Camps have 3 parts: prison, where you juust eat shit until you're released age 35 -- factory, where work ishard and lowpay but you get to drink,make noise, and have sex with strangers at night, and --school, where the obedient are praised and told that they are better than the others.(continued)
