How did this trooper clock the drivers speed to satisfy court requirements; I don't see it with what is known. I saw no laser; radar,etc.. I work in law enforcement field and this was handles badly by the trooper. Utah you are not required to sign the citation. Why did the trooper tell the driver to get out of the car? That is going to be asked by the lawyers and the key to what happened. I can see he was going to arrest the driver when he told him to get out; but again arrest him for what? The trooper escalated the situation up to what happened and the driver was in denile of what was happening; people do things like that.
