Really a great video! I am a Relocation Home Locator. If I have my own listing I do show my own properties. But if they don't like it, some ask me if I can show them other houses. When I have said I can but first I need to pull your credit, verify employment, etc so that I know which properties will work for you and there is an application/processing fee of $65. most say NO way will ! pay you when I can get another agent to do it for free. One I said you can pay me later. Then refused to pay me.

Hi! I have definitely been caught up providing free services to family members for years. I struggled to stop providing one type of service and ended up providing a different type of service, which I'm not struggling to stop providing. If I ever decide to provided these services for non family members, I'll certainly charge money, so thanx for the encouragement!

Def. agree but I think it's best not to go overboard meaning everything that comes out of your mouth has a price tag. Giving is still the best return on your value. I have a business and starting out I obtained a lot of info from kind people who wanted to help someone else succeed. I do the same. It's key to find a balance between earning money and true treasures.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have been struggling with knowing that I should be getting paid for my services but not actually getting paid. My issue is different and a little sensitive because I train praise dancers, mimes and Dance at events and never ask I have got to figure a way to present this as a consultation. recieved the Spark now I have to use wisdom to do this properly.

I just did a website on wix last week for my husband's business. It's still under construction, but is going really well, and has been a really great learning experience.

The only problem I'm having with that is Search Engine Optimization because it doesn't seem to come up well in search results. If anyone knows of any proven books on that topic, I'd appreciate it.

Great advice! The hair....so so cute especially with the flower. I want my gf to teach me how to cook and even though she is my bestie, I would pay her for her time. (even though she doesn't want it...give her a gift card or something, right?) I love her so why would I expect to take advantage of that. I am going to have personal lessons. Not just....how to roast a chicken....ya' know?
