Hey MintyHippo, I use Nevada Skies and have looked at Electro City, I also have detailed normals but not sure if it's on. Thanks for the suggestions though man, I'll probably be doing a vid on Electro city eventually :)

@AlChestBreach Be careful with detailed normals, many of the old high texture mods from FO3 are portable and many new High texture mods are coming out, make sure they have their own replacement normal maps otherwise you'll end up with weird mixes of non-matching normal maps on top of textures making them look horrible. Easily fixable, (just reinstall the replacement norms for what you're using) just a bit of an annoyance when you come across an occurance in game.

@LOCOlXIV Download FalloutModManager and it will automatically invalidate Archive Invalidation which causes those red exclamation marks for foreign textures.
